摘要
高职院校必须面向农村办学,为新农村建设提供人才支持和教育服务。文章论述了高职人才培养在新疆新农村建设中的必要性,进一步推进高职教育改革为新疆新农村建设培养人才,实现高职人才培养与新疆新农村建设的有效结合。
Vocational technical colleges should target rural areas and provide talent pools and education services for new rural construction. The article demonstrates the necessity of vocational technical education in rural areas of Xinjiang with the purpose of promoting the further reform of vocational technical education, developing talents and fulfilling the effective combination of vocational technical talents with new rural construction in Xinjiang.
