摘要
连续饲以高蛋白饲料(蛋白质含量为35%)4个月的大鼠,用多功能彩色图像病理分析系统分析肾小球的病理改变,同时测定肾功能等指标。结果显示实验组大鼠肾毛细血管球的面积与肾Bowman囊腔面积的比值较对照组增大(P<0.001和P<0.05),肾Bowman囊腔面积较对照组极显著减少(P<0.0001);均有肾功能损害。
The pathologic changes of glomerulus in rats with high protein diet were tested by the analysis system of multifunctional colour image pattern pathology and the renal function were tested. The area of glomerular and the ratio of area of glomerular and area of Bowman space in experimental group were increased more significantly (P<0.001 and P<0.01 respectively) than that of control group. The area of Bowman space in experimental group were decreased more significantly (P<0.0001) than that of control group. The renal function were injuried. The changes of renal structure and impairment of renal function in rats with high protein loading were verified by the changes of numberal index of glomerulus structure.
