文中从第三方物流企业所处的行业出发,在参阅国内外文献的基础上提出了第三方物流企业服务质量评价指标体系。该研究为如何判断第三方物流企业的服务质量提供一种简单而实用的方法。希望对第三方物流企业提高服务质量、测量服务质量有所启示和指导。
This article from the third party logistics industry in which, the proposed third-party logistics enterprise service quality evaluation index system. The research in the article would help logistics enterprise enhance service quality. It is hoped that this research will be helpful to improve and measure service quality for service firms.
