服装企业物流包括供应型物流、生产型物流、销售型物流、混合型物流等四种类型。在服装企业发展自营、代理、批发、加盟、直销等多元化销售渠道的过程中,提高服装企业物流效率已经成为服装企业持续发展的核心问题。服装企业物流的实现方式包括服装企业自设物流中心、利用第三方物流、利用第四方物流等,不同类型服装企业应结合自己的经营特点与物流发展的趋势,灵活选择物流模式,确保物流体系的畅通与高效运作。
