摘要
从目前海外承包工程项目在实践中内部管理控制的重点,即物资流通管理;探讨新形势下物资管理从采购、储存、消耗三个阶段的控制要点,从而节约物资成本和资金成本。
Judging from the current contracted projects overseas in practice, the focus of internal management controls, that is, material flow management, and explore the control points of three phases: the procurement, storage, consumption, thus find the way of saving material costs and the cost of capital.
