摘要
文中以供应链风险传导的机理和规律为基础,从控制、调节风险传导过程的角度来具体分析企业的风险管理模式与策略。从供应链风险的释放、传导、耦合等各个环节上对其加以管理和控制,将风险降低和化解到企业可以接收到程度,使风险损失最小化从而保证企业生产经营的顺利进行。
The paper researches on the mechanism and regulation of supply chain risk transmission, analysis on the method of manage risk by controlling and adjusting the transmit process, including the releasing, transmission and coupling, so that the risk can be lowered to some degree, and the loss can be controlled to the lowest to keep the operation of the company.
