摘要
基于SCM对企业绩效评价指标的进行分析与选择,结合模糊数学中的综合评判方法建立企业绩效综合评价模型。通过对模型中的综合评价矩阵、权数的设置以及数据的处理,可以基于SCM对企业绩效给出合理、科学的综合评价。
Analyzed the enterprise performanceand a set of evaluation index system based on SCM, put forward an evaluation model of enterprise performance based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By establishing appraisal matrix and the right weight, this model will attain a reasonable, scientific and comprehensive evaluation of enterprise performance based on SCM.
