基于TMS320F240的红外线设备远程报警系统设计与实现

摘要 在铁路安全运输工作中,红外线探测设备的故障判别及处理在红外管理占有非常重要的地位,红外故障判别和处理主要以人工分析方式为主,存在着红外设备使用率降低等弊端。提出一种实现红外设备故障报警以及控制自动化方法,包括磁头检测、探头检测、通道检测等功能,并首次提出采用电子罗盘对磁头位姿进行检测,在实际故障诊断中具有实际意义,经过实验验证,达到满意效果。 In the railway safety- transportation, fault estimation and disposal of the infrared detecting equipment plays a very important role in infrared management. The infrared fault is mainly distinguished and deposed by manual analysis, so it brings out many disadvantages, for example, the infrared equipment runs inefficiently. A method of infrared fault alarm and control automation,including magnetism- head detection, probe detection and channel detection functions are proposed, the electronic compass is first applied to detect the magnetic head position posture. It is very significant for the practical fault detection, the satisfactory effect is achieved by experimental verification.
