摘要
分析了我国配套商的现状,介绍了配套商绩效评价的三种方法:SCORM模型、标杆法、平衡计分法,提出了关键绩效指标建立流程。以某汽车制造公司为例说明了配套商绩效评价方法的应用。
This paper Analyzed the present condition of the our country Supporting Enterprise, introduce three kinds of methods of the Supporting Enterprise Performance Evaluation： The SCOPM model, the Benchmarking method, the Balanced Scorecard method, put forward the Key Performance Indicators establishment process. With the some automobile manufacturing company for example explained that the Supporting Enterprise Performance Evaluation method of application.
