摘要
分析了我国配套商的现状,介绍了配套商绩效评价的三种方法:SCORM模型、标杆法、平衡计分法,提出了关键绩效指标建立流程。以某汽车制造公司为例说明了配套商绩效评价方法的应用。
This paper Analyzed the present condition of the our country Supporting Enterprise, introduce three kinds of methods of the Supporting Enterprise Performance Evaluation: The SCOPM model, the Benchmarking method, the Balanced Scorecard method, put forward the Key Performance Indicators establishment process.
