摘要
金华烹饪产业走过一万多年的发展历程,它是经济与文化发展到一定水平的结果。通过对金华烹饪产业发展传统优势与现实基础的阐述,分析了金华烹饪产业发展的制约因素与现状,并提出了金华烹饪产业发展的对策与建议。
Cooking industry in Jinhua, attributed to a certain level of economic and cultural development, has experienced evolvement of 10,000 odd years. By expounding on the traditional advantages and realistic foundation and analyzing restrictive factors and the actual situation of cooking industry development in Jinhua, the article presents strategies and suggestions for developing cooking industry in Jinhua.
