According to the trends of the modern logistics industry and the status of the Huainan mining logistics industry, use the ideas of the logistics engineering to design a set of enterprise model which fit in with the actual situation of the Huainan mining logistics industry, and expatiate on the direction of development of the Huainan mining logistics industry from the stage of the primary, intermediate to the advanced, finally point out the relationship of the logistics cost and the logistics scale, and the application of the financial products in logistics industry.
