摘要
农民工是推动中国经济和社会变革的巨大力量。在看到农民工为现代化建设作出巨大贡献的同时,也必须重视他们面临的较为突出的就业问题。本文在全国大规模的调查和个案访谈基础上,对民工就业现状进行了分析,并就如何促进农民工就业,提出了相关的政策建议。
Migrant workers are the immense strength promoting China＇s economic development and social reform. While seeing migrant workers make great contributions to modernization construction, we must pay attention to employment problem which is more serious they are facing. Based on national survey and individual interview, this paper analyzes the employment situation of migrant workers and raises policy suggestions.
