三唑仑和扎莱普隆对晨起认知功能影响的对照研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨睡前服用三唑仑和扎莱普隆对晨起后认知功能的影响。【方法】采用单盲交叉设计,10位健康志愿者先在未服药状态下进行威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)、连续作业测验(CPT)、连线测验(TMT)、数字符号测验(DST)、复合反应时间测验(CRT),然后分别在睡前服用三唑仑0.25mg或扎莱普隆10mg(清洗期1周),睡眠8h晨起后再进行上述指标测定。【结果】各项测量指标在基础对照组、三唑仑组、扎莱普隆组之间的两两比较均无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。【结论】睡前服用0.25mg三唑仑或10mg扎莱普隆,对睡眠8h后的认知功能无影响。 [Objective]To explore the effects of triazolam and zaleplon on morning cognitive function after 8-hour sleep. [Methods]In the single-blind crossover trial, a series Of cognitive measurements including Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST), continuous performance test (CPT), trail making test (TMT), digit-symbol test (DST) and complex reaction time (CRT) were used to evaluate cognitive function in 10 healthy subjects in baseline and after 8-hour sleep with administration of triazolam 0.25mg or zaleplon 10mg . The washout period between the two administrations was one week. [Results]No significant differences were found in all measurements among the baseline group, triazolam group and zaleplon group ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion] The administration of triazolam 0.25mg or zaleplon 10mg does not affect morning cognitive function after 8- hour sleep in healthy subjects.
