摘要 SMT生产线要达到最大的产量,必须要考虑生产线的效率。贴片机是SMT生产线中的关键设备,因此提高贴片机的生产效率具有十分重要的意义。本文以环球贴片机为例,介绍了提高SMT生产线效率的方法和经验,包括PCB工艺设计、生产线平衡、优化、管理措施等,希望对相关工程人员有一定帮助。 In order to achieve maximum a key equipment in SMT line, so it is IT line, line efficiency should prove the mounter efficiency of improving the mounters' output from SM important to im example, this paper introduces method and experience be taken into account. Mounter is Using universal mounters as an efficiency, including PCB design, line balance, optimization, management measures, etc. It is expected to be valuable for engineers.
