双耳刺激、双侧记录的脑干听觉诱发电位 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较双耳刺激、双侧记录的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)和单耳刺激、同侧记录者的差别。提供正常人双耳刺激、双侧记录的BAEP数据。方法分别采用两种记录方法对一组正常人进行BAEP检测,将结果进行对比分析。结果双耳刺激、双侧记录时,BAEP能恒定引出,重复性好,男性各波潜伏期(PL)及峰间潜伏期(IPL)均长于女性,左右两侧波形的各项指标则无显著性差异,与单耳刺激、同侧记录的结果一致,但Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期及Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间潜伏期较单耳刺激、同侧记录者短,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波的波幅也较高。结论双耳刺激、双侧记录的BAEP波形分化佳,较清晰完整,两侧波形可相互参考,辨认各波波峰位置较准确,更适用于手术中监护。 PURPOSE To study the differcences between brain stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP s) from binaural stimulation, bilateral recording and monaural stimulation, ipsilateral recording, and to present the normal figure of the former BAEPS s. METHODS BAEP s were obtained from a group of normal healthy adults using two examinatoon methods, and the bilateral data were compared with ipsilateral ones. RESULTS BAEP s of binaural stimulation and bilateral recording could be stably obtained with good repetition; The latencies and interpeak latencies of all waves were longer than the womern. There was no difference between recordings from the right side and the left side, being accord with the results of monaural stiomulation and ipsilateral recording, However the latencies of wave Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and the interpeak latencies of Ⅰ~Ⅲ, Ⅲ~Ⅴ and Ⅰ~Ⅴ of the bilateral BAEP were shorter than those of the ipsilateral one and the amplitudes of wave Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were also larger. CONCLUSIONS BAEP s of binaural stimulation and bilateral recording were more clear, and the right and left recordings could be confered with each other. It was easier and more accurate to recognize the wave's peaks. So it is more appropriate for monitoring during operation.
