清代医家王清任的"灵机记性在脑不在心"主张是有别于传统中医神明理论的一种独特观点。对王清任《医林改错》立论基础和论证逻辑的分析研究表明,这一主张是否定"心藏神"在逻辑上的发展,是由其人体观延伸出来的自然的和必然的结论,是他对肉眼可见证据的简单化理解的集中反映。王清任在神明问题上的主张不是孤立的观点,而是他人体观的集中的典型反映。
