This paper expatiated the feature of VIP department and nursing administration mode. For consummating the development of VIP department, the new awareness of service should be boosted also the nurses, professional techniques and fine quality of nursing. For pushing forward the personalized and detail service and making a vigorously environment of hospital so that to make a well - known brand of nursing.
