摘要
目的了解某医院卫生人力资源的配置状况。方法利用该院的人力资源调查表,分析卫生人力资源的年龄、学历、职称等构成情况。结果该院医护比例不平衡,护理人员配置不足;护理及药剂人员学历层次偏低;执业医师职称结构不合理。结论合理配置医护人员,提高人员素质,调整职称结构,才能有利于医院的发展。
Objective To learn about the health human resources of a certain hospital. Method A human resources investigation form is used to analyze the structural situations in health human resources, such as: age, education, position et al. Result The rate between doctor and nurse is not reasonable, and the allocation of nurse is insufficient; the education of nurse and dispenser is lower than the other specialties, the professional title structure of doctor is not reasonable. Conclusion It is essential to allocate the doctor and nurse in a reasonable way, and improve the education of human resources of professional tide to help the development of hospital.
