摘要
本研究阐述了无公害食品的概念和特点,并根据消费者计划行为理论进一步分析了影响上海市无公害食品消费的各种因素,认为上海居民对无公害食品的消费意向不仅受到收入、价格等经济学因素的影响,同时也受到社会学因素和心理因素的影响。
This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of the pollution-free produce. According to the consumer theory of planned behavior, this paper holds that apart from economic factors including income and price, the elements affecting consumer purchasing decision about pollution-freo produce in Shanghai also include sociological factors and psychological factors.
