摘要
报告１９９７年３～８月锁骨下静脉穿刺插管５０例次的临床应用及并发症发生情况。插管目的主要为监测中心静脉压（ＣＶＰ）和全胃肠外营养（ＴＰＮ）。采用锁骨下法经皮穿刺插入中心静脉导管，方法简便，首次穿刺成功率高，对病人体位无严格要求，导管固定方便，不易污染，不影响病人活动和医护操作。主要并发症为误穿动脉（６例次）和淋巴管损伤（１例次）。
Fifty cases of subclavian venous catheterization and prevalence of its complication from March 1997 to August were reported.The purpose of catherization was to monitor the central venous pressure and to administer total parenteral nutrition.Percutaneous central venous via subclavian vein have many adventages:high rate of success,easy to access and locate,easy to maintain dressing,less restriction to patients on motion and doing other medical procedure.The most common complications were puncture into artery by mistalce and laceration thoracic duct attribut able to the harding of the technique by the practitioner.
