摘要
为了研究施肥的不平衡性对橡胶树根系代谢生理的影响,试验通过测定胶园橡胶树施肥穴处理和单根培养的根系活力以及酸性磷酸酶活性,研究了不同施磷浓度对根系代谢、吸收能力的作用。结果表明,P2O5500mg.kg-1条件下橡胶树根系活力最大,酸性磷酸酶活性最高,因此,根系代谢、吸收能力最强,是根系最适生长的磷浓度。施磷过高或过低均抑制根系的生长代谢。而单根对磷的反应更灵敏,单根培养有利于提高根系的吸收代谢能力。
Because of fertilization imbalance, the availability phosphatase inside and outside of fertihzation cave were biggish different. Mensurating the roots activities and acid phosphatase activities (APA), investigating roots metabolize, absorb ability at different phosphorous fertilizer level. The result showed that when the level was 500 mg· k^g- 1, roots activities and APA were highest, roots metabolize and absorb ability were strongest, was the best level. At lack, httle level and high level, restrain the roots growth. The roots which cultivate only single root response sensitivity. The single root cultivate experiment accelerated the roots metabolize, absorb and growth.
