摘要
国有企业改革对于辽宁这样一个国有经济发展最早、比重最大的省份来说,是一个循序渐进的过程。在经过"九五"时期的改革与脱困、"十五"时期的调整和改造之后,"十一五"时期将进入巩固与提高的全面振兴阶段。目前,辽宁大多数国有企业已经完成股份制改造,体制机制创新初见成效。但是,国有企业建立现代企业制度既需要体制机制创新,也需要与之相适应的企业文化创新。探讨辽宁国有企业文化创新的战略意义及其影响,至关重要。
Establishing a modem enterprise system in State-owned enterprises requires both innovative institutional mechanisms and corresponding innovation of culture. At present, most state-owned enterprises in Liaoning have completed joint-stock reform. Institutional innovation has produced initial results. But the cultural innovation is comparatively lagging behind. This article will probe into the strategic significance of cultural innovation in Liaoningg state-owned enterprises from the institutional mechanisms for change, asset restructuring and improving the international competitiveness. It will also analyze the influential factors on cultural innovation from the external environment and the enterprises interior.
