摘要
教师是立校之本,师德是教育之魂。解读师德的基本内涵,对高校师德建设现状和问题产生的原因进行分析,并提出加强和改进高校师德建设的建议,很有意义。
Teachers are the basis of establishing colleges and universities. Teachers＇ professional ethics is the soul of education. This essay elaborates on the connotation of teachers＇ ethics, analyzes the current situation of constructing teachers＇ professional ethics in the institutions of higher learning and explores the reasons. Some constructive suggestions are put forward, which will have great significance.
