磷渣道路水泥的研制及其性能研究

Manufacture of phosphate slag road cement and its performance study

以磷渣为主要原料，采用FR－2型低碱性固体激发剂，进行了影响磷渣道路水泥强度的因素研究；找出了生产磷渣道路水泥的最佳条件；测试了该水泥的主要性能。磷渣道路水泥生产工艺简单、能耗低、成本低、性能优良，是一种应用前景极其光明的道路水泥，并为大宗高价值利用磷渣开僻了广阔的前景。

The phosphate slag is used as the main raw material to produce road cement with FR - 2 low alkali solid activator. The factors influencing the cement strength are studied and the optimal conditisons are found out and the main performances are tested. The production process is simple, energy consumption and cost low, and performance fine. The road cement is promising and it makes the utilization of phosphate slag more bright.
