预应力混凝土空心板施工裂缝的分析及控制

摘要 预应力混凝土空心板是桥梁工程目前经常采用的结构形式,具有设计简便、施工方便快捷、易于工厂化生产的特点。但由于混凝土自身和空心板施工过程中的一些特点,经常会产生各种各样的裂缝,严重的影响了空心板的使用和寿命。通过对空心板裂缝原因的分析,提出了相应的解决方法,为空心板的设计、施工提供可借鉴的经验。 Voided Slab of prestressed concrete is a structural form frequently adopted by bridge engineering, that possesses the features such as the simple and convenient design, the convenient and high -speed constructioin along with the adaptation to production in plant. But concrete and voided slab often will produce various cracks owing to features of them selves appearing in the course of construction,which serioulsy affect use of voided slab and its service life. The paper proposes appropriate solutions accoding to analysis of reasons for cracks of voided slab, which might provide reference and experiences for design and construction of vided slab.
