对公路施工企业计划统计的重要性以及以往计划统计管理的弊端进行了分析,并从构建施工企业综合管理信息系统的全局角度,以采用B/S体系结构开发的计划统计网上管理子系统为例,从系统建设方案涉及的几个方面对公路工程计划统计网上管理系统的应用进行了介绍,最后总结了该系统的特点及应用的意义。

The paper analyzes the importance of plan and statistics in highway＇s construction enterprise as well as the malpractices in previous plan - statistical - mangement. It introduces still the application of management system on plan - statistical net for highway engineering from several aspects involved by system building plan, and from angle of overall situation to constitute the informatiion system in synthetical management in construction enterprise, as well as example with the management subsystem on plan -statistical net,which has been developed by B/S hierarchy structure.
