中原城市群目前急需解决空间一体化的整体协调、产业布局、基础设施建设、环境保护等问题。打造大郑州都市圈,促进区域均衡发展,建设黄河南北两条工业发展带,构造生态功能体系框架是中原城市群的空间发展战略思路。而形成"三圈、四带、多中心、多层次"的城市功能格局,建设以大城市发展为主导的城市规模结构和集群化的产业发展体系则构成中原城市群的总体空间结构布局。

The Development of Zhongyuan City Cluster must combine the present space characteristics, launch scientific space layout, and carry out the powerful strategy in space development. This text mainly combines the target of developing Zhongyuan City Cluster strangly that put forward by government of Henan province, start with the analyzes of the present space characteristics in city cluster and key problems such as district integration, industry layout, infrastructure construction etc. which need to be resolve quichly, put forward own viewpoint to the guiding ideology for insisting in city cluster＇ s space development in future, the total way in space strategic development, and the total space structure and layout as the city＇ s function structure of ＂three turns, four tapes, many centers, muhilayers＂ , the scale structure taking big cities as the predominant, and the industry development system of gathering to a cluster etc.
