企业员工治理研究——基于劳动力资源的视角

摘要 员工治理观点是现代公司治理理论中的一个重要观点,它突破了股权治理理论中对权益资本所代表的企业所有权、控制权及决策权的分析,从企业劳动力资源层面阐释了企业员工的治理职能:企业员工拥有企业所有权、控制权及决策权。现代公司治理是企业劳动力资源与资本共同作用下的公司治理,企业员工治理与权益资本治理共存,是对传统意义上企业资本治理的补充和延展。 Employee governance proposes a significant topic in the corporate governance research, breaking through the classic shareholders - based governance analysis of proprity, control and decision - making, and focusing on the employees' interests and rights bestowed upon the labor resoures. Based on the propriety,control and decision - making rights, the employee governance supplements and expands further functions of corporate governance.
