摘要
提出一种用SOPC技术实现轴系扭振测量的方案。在分析轴系扭振测量原理的基础上,采用软硬件协同设计思想,选用Altera公司的NIOSⅡ嵌入式CPU制作硬件电路开发板。设计了FPGA硬件模块和用户自定义Avalon流模式采集输入控制器模块。实现了数据采集、数据存储计算、数据发送及LCD显示控制等程序模块。
The paper introduces a new method for designing the vibration measurement system by SOPC technology. The hardware circuit board is a Nios Ⅱ embedded processor by Ahera Corporation. The hardware module includes an FPGA module and custom Avalon stream slave peripheral data collection controller module. The software module includes data acquisition, data storage and computing, data transfer and LCD control.
