Optimization on Heat Exchanger Network in Absorbent Refrigeration System

摘要 针对目前吸收式制冷系统消耗公用工程大,整机效率不高的问题进行了换热网络投资与公用工程联合优化,即首先通过夹点分析建立合理的换热网络,再计算选择最小传热温差等决策变量,通过建立并求解相应的非线性目标函数,编写计算程序得到联合优化结果。该方法对于合理设计吸收式制冷机系统,有效利用公用能源,提高系统整体效率有指导意义。 There are issues of large energy consumption and low efficiency in the operation of current absorbent refrigeration system. In order to improve the system, the heat exchanger network was optimized, together with the system supplying heat and cold water. Firstly, reasonable network was built through the analysis of pinch method. Secondly, variables such as the minimum temperature difference were calculated and selected. Finally, nonlinear objective function was built and a computer code was developed to get the optimized result. This method can be used in design of absorbent refrigeration system to utilize the energy effectively and increase the entire efficiency of the system.
