Actualizing supply chain management is an effective way to improve pork quality in China at present time, and supply chain management emphasizes a win-win effect resulting from competition and cooperation between partners. The competition and cooperation among partners in high quality pork supply chain is a dissipative structure. With the reducing of positive entropy flow and the increasing of negative entropy flow, the coopetition relationship will evolve continuously from low grade to high grade, and reach the goal of effective coopetition finally. In order to do so , they are essential improving partners structure, strengthening supervision and management, cooperating business affairs, confirming orientation, innovating management system, and optimizing market environment.
