凹凸棒石黏土和沸石对肉鸡饲料制粒加工性状的影响 被引量:2

摘要 饲料中分别添加3%凹凸棒石黏土(简称凹土)、3%沸石、5%凹土、5%沸石、2.5%凹土加2.5%沸石,探讨凹土和沸石对肉鸡饲料制粒加工性状的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比较,添加3%凹土、3%沸石、5%凹土、5%沸石、2.5%凹土加2.5%沸石使饲料颗粒硬度分别提高了20.71%、21.43%、30.00%、34.29%、40.71%(P<0.01);饲料含粉率分别降低了0.75、0.60、1.21、1.02、1.44个百分点(P<0.01);饲料粉化率分别降低了10.86、9.39、17.39、15.79和17.73个百分点(P<0.01)。随着凹土和沸石含量的提高,饲料的颗粒硬度提高,粉化率和含粉率下降,且以添加2.5%凹土和2.5%沸石的效果较好。 The effects of palygorskite and zeolite on pellet property of feed were studied by palygorskite of 3% and 5%, zeolite of 3% and 5%, palygorskite of 2.5% plus zeolite of 2.5% added into broiler feed, respectively. The results showed that the addition ofpalygorskite and zeolite in 3%, 5%, 2.5% plus 2.5% improved the hardness of pellet by 20.71%, 21.43%, 30.00%, 34.29% and 40.71% (P〈0.01), and reduced the powder percentage by 0.75, 0.60, 1.21, 1.02, 1.44 percent points (P〈0.01), decreased the percentage of powdered pellets by 10.86, 9.39, 17.39, 15.79, 17.73 percent points (P〈0.01). The pellet hardness increased, powder percentage and percentage of powdered pellets decreased with increased addition level of palygorskite or zeolite. The largest improvement was obtained by supplement with palygorskite of 2.5% plus zeolite of 2.5%.
