摘要
选用315只14周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分组,研究日粮中添加不同水平乌贼骨对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。结果表明,日粮中添加乌贼骨显著提高产蛋率、单枚蛋重、日均蛋重和蛋壳厚度(P<0.05),实验组平均分别比对照组高13.0%、5.7g、8.4g和0.05mm;实验组的破蛋率和料蛋比显著低于对照(P<0.05),分别降低31.2%和13.7%;添加乌贼骨对改变蛋壳重、蛋黄重和蛋白重效果不明显。综合分析表明,日粮中添加1.5~2.0g乌贼骨对改善蛋鸡(150只)综合产蛋性能效果最佳。
Three hundred and fifteen 14- week hyline browns were used to investigate the effects of cuttlebone supplied in feedstuff on production performance and egg quality. Hyline browns were randomly divided into 7 groups, each group was assigned 3 replications and 15 hyline browns per replication. The results showed that the egg production rate, average egg weight every day, weight of every egg and eggshell thickness were inceased significantly (P〈 0.05) under supplying cuttlebone in feedstuff. They averagely enhanced 13.0%, 5.7g, 8.4g and 0.05mm than that of contral, respectively. The ratio of feed to egg and broken egg rate significantly decreased when cuttlebone was supplied to feedstuff, which reduced to 31.2% and 13.7% than that of control, respectively (P〈 0.05). No distincted effects on the weight of egg shell , egg yolk and egg albumen were observed in this study. Analysis showed that 1.5g-2.0g cuttlebone was supplied to feedstuff every day for150 hyline browns increased general production performance significantly.
