女贞子多糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用 被引量:14

摘要 α-葡萄糖苷酶是一种存在于小肠绒毛粘膜细胞刷状缘的酶类,通过水解α-1,4糖苷键,可以从淀粉和其它有关多糖的非还原端水解下葡萄糖。人体对摄入的淀粉、蔗糖等碳水化合物的吸收利用,依赖于小肠内该酶的活性。α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂通过抑制小肠内α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性,延缓或抑制葡萄糖在肠道内的吸收.从而有效地降低了餐后血糖的峰值,减少高血糖对胰腺的刺激,
