研究目的:对CBERS-02B星进行数据应用评价。研究方法:定性与定量评价相结合。研究结果:CBERS-02B星HR数据几何纠正误差约为8—11 m;建设用地、耕地解译及新增建设用地检测属性正确率约80%,提取的变化图斑平均相对面积误差约为10%。研究结论:CCD影像可用于1:100000尺度土地宏观遥感监测;若不考虑数据获取能力,HR和CCD融合影像可满足中小尺度土地利用动态遥感监测精度要求。
The purpose of the study is to evaluate CBERS - 02B data quality. Methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis were employed. The results indicate that, the position error of HR data after geo-rectification is about 8-11m. The attribute accuracy for construction land, cultivated land and newly-increased construction land is about 80% while the average relative area error of extracted change plots is about 10%. It is concluded that CCD data of CBERS - 02B can be used to monitor land dynamic change at macro scale of 1:100,000. HR and CCD fused image can be used to monitor land dynamic change at small or medium scale if the data acquisition capacity is not considered.
