摘要
研究目的:评述有关房价与宏观经济的研究方法与理论进展。研究方法:文献资料法和比较分析法。研究结果:(1)有关房价与宏观经济问题正日益受到各界关注;(2)房价与宏观经济的影响机理,房价与货币政策的关系是近年来关于房价与宏观经济研究的重点和热点。研究结论:(1)房价与宏观经济之间存在互动影响机制;(2)房价会通过多种渠道作用于宏观经济,应注重研究协调房价与宏观经济和谐运行的对策与措施。
The purpose of this study is to review the research about housing price and macro-economy. Methods of documentation and comparative analysis were employed. The results show: (1)the problems about housing price and macro-economy are attracting more and more attentions in academic and other circles; (2)the interactive mechanism between housing price and macro-economy as well as the relation between housing and monetary policy are the keys and hot points in housing price and macro-economy research in recent years. It is concluded that: (1)there is an interactive mechanism existing between housing price and macro-economy;(2)housing price can affect macro-economy through several channels, thus we shall pay attention to the countermeasures and methods to harmonize housing price and macro-economy.
