某热电厂主厂房结构抗震鉴定及加固建议 被引量:1

摘要 某热电厂主厂房于1959—1974年间分期建成,主体结构采用框-排架结构,平面、立面布置不规则、不对称,纵向和横向的质量和刚度分布极不均匀,结构地震反应特征比“单纯的”框架和排架复杂,表现出更显著的空间作用效应。本文采用规范法、空间有限元法和时程分析法对该电厂主厂房的抗震性能进行了分析及鉴定,结果是在现行抗震设计规范要求的地震作用下部分梁、柱配筋偏低,部分部位柱子层间位移过大,不能满足要求。通过分析提出了加固处理方案,其中增设阻尼器的方案与其他方案相比,在工程费用相当的前提下可以有更大的自由度,对电厂生产影响最小。 The main building of a fuel electric plant has been constructed by stages from 1959 to 1974. The structure system is a hybrid of frames and bents which has a complex plan and elevation. It shows more obvious spatial response in case of earthquake than that of a frame or a bent because the distribution of the mass and stiffness of the main building is rather uneven. In this paper, the methods of the Code, FEM and linear time history analysis are used to get the seismic behavior, the evaluations and measures are obtained consequently. The conclusions drawn are that the quantity contained in some beams and columns is lower than that requested by the code, and the storey deflections of some columns are immoderate, thus the structure cannot satisfy the code. Finally the strengthening measures are brought forward; among them the method to adding dampers is prior to the other options for its optional freedom at comparable costs and minor affect to the power generation.
