The neo-liberal globalization is a result of capitalist crisis. Instead of being global integration, the nature of globalization is a tool that developed capitalist countries plunder developing countries. The breakout of American financial crisis has proved that the neo-liberalism can not get rid of capitalist inherent crisis of overproduction. The emergence of American financial crisis marks the end of neo-liberalism. It is necessary to explore a new pattern of development so as to avoid American financial crisis.
