Foreign Research and Progrcss of Drying in Brick-tile Industry

文章综述了国外砖瓦干燥方面的进展,指出我们要吸收国外干燥理论和实际装置方面的研究成果,开发出适合我国国情的干燥设备.砖瓦干燥的关键,在于干燥制度是否合理,干燥制度取决于被干坯体的干燥性能,即粘土的干燥特性.同时还与原料的处理、配比、泥料的制备、成型等工艺过程有关.如干燥敏感性高的粘土,在收缩阶段出现裂纹的倾向大,在干燥过程中干燥速度要控制在较低的程度.对于干燥敏感性低的粘土,可提高干燥介质的温度、流速,降低相对湿度,以缩短干燥周期.生产工艺中对粘土进行风化、陈化处理。

<Abstract>This article summarizes the development procedure of brick - tile drying abroad, points out we should learn the research results of their drying theory and actual installation and develop our own drying equipments.
