三黄炉甘石混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮的效果观察

Observation of Effects of Sanhuang-calamine Mixture for Newborn's Abscess

目的观察三黄炉甘石混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮的效果。方法将40例患儿随机分成治疗组22例及对照组18例,治疗组将炉甘石洗剂1瓶(90 m1),弃去上层澄清液20 ml,加入雷佛奴尔20 ml,再加庆大霉素注射液4～8万U和三黄粉10 g,摇匀后涂在脓疱疮上,每天3～4次,直至皮疹消退。对照组给予炉甘石洗剂外涂,每天3～4次,直至皮疹消退。结果两组新生儿脓疱疮疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组新生儿脓疱疮疗效优于对照组。两组皮疹消退时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组皮疹消退早于对照组。结论三黄炉甘石混合液治疗新生儿脓疱疮疗效好,明显缩短病程,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effects of Sanhuang-calamine Mixture for newborn＇s abscess. Methods 40 newborn patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=22） and the control group （n=18）. For the treatment group, first 20 ml of supernatant was removed from the a bottle of calamine wash （90 ml）, to which 20 ml of ethacridine, 40 000-80 000 U of gentamicin and 10 g of Sanhuang powder was then added. After shaken up, the mixture was dabbed onto the abscess, 3 to 4 times per day, until the abscess disappear. For the control group, calamine wash was applied 3-4 times per day, until the rash withers away. While the control group, calamine was used, 3 to 4 times per day, until the abscess disappear. Results The difference in the treatment effects for the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.01）, with that of the treatment group better than that of the control group. And the difference in the time the abscess taked to disappear also had statistical significance （P〈0.01）, with the that for the treatment group less than that for the control group. Conclusion Sanhuang-calamine mixture yields satisfactory results in treating newborn＇s abscess and curtails the course of the disease and therefore worth popularization.
