Research on Resource Integration in Shop Floor for Supporting Networked Manufacturing Based on ESB

本文介绍了网络化制造环境下车间资源集成的特点和问题,提出了基于面向服务架构,并对SOA的基础,企业服务总线技术做了详细的介绍。对于传统的OPC技术的缺陷,阐述了基于BEA公司的ALSB技术的节能变压器网络化制造车间监控的实例。

This paper introduces the characteristic and problem of resource integration in shop floor for supporting networked manufacturing, presents a new application integration structure based on SOA. It also explains the ESB technology. Considering the limitation of traditional OPC technology, the example demonstrates the ALSB technology of BEA Co. used in shop floor monitor of economy transformer.
