藏语天气预报语音合成系统的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Speech Synthesis System of Tibetan Local Weather

本文是对于藏语天气预报的语音合成系统的简单研究,针对藏文的特殊性设计相应的语料库以及韵律参数库、合成参数库,提供基音同步叠加算法(PLOSA)需要的修改因子,通过修改时长、基频等参数最终实现语音的合成。

This paper gives the simple research of speech synthesis system for Tibetan weather forecast. According to the special nature of Tibetan, it designs the corpus and the rhythm of parameters, the synthesis of parameters, and provides the amending factor for Pitch-Synchronous Overlap-Add （PSOLA）. Finally, through the revision of length and frequency, the speech synthesis is realized.
