本文介绍以设备集成化控制策略为依据开发的专用功能模块Transout_50,以实现对多晶硅生产DCS控制系统原料车间液氯储罐的出料控制。
Refer to the distributed dontrol system for the manufacturing of the multipolar silicon, the article focus on the design of a appropriative equipment module-Transout_50, which is used in the process control for the outlet or recirculation of the liquid chlorine from the storage tank of the material plant.
