加强油田社区党建之我见

On Strengthening the Party Construction of Oilfield Community

加强油田社区党建工作对于增强党的凝聚力和战斗力,巩固党的执政地位,密切党和群众的血肉联系,促进精神文明建设,保持社会稳定,推动企业发展,具有重要意义。但目前油田社区党建工作还存在很多误区,对此,应采取积极措施加以改进,不断加强社区党建工作,不断提升工作水平。

Strengthening the Party construction of oilfield community plays an important role in increasing the Party＇s cohesion and combat effectiveness, consolidating its governing position, deepening the close relationship between the Party and the masses, promoting the construction of spiritual civilization, maintaining sociai stability and accelerating enterprise growth. However, many long-standing mistaken ideas exist in the Party construction of oilfield community. Therefore, the author suggests taking active measures to improve the work and increase work level unceasingly.
