教师是教育活动直接的组织者和实施者,是教育最基本的力量和保证。确保教育质量,要从加强师德教育、提高教师职业道德水平、运用激励机制调动激发教师工作热情、实施人文关怀、营造温馨工作生活环境等方面出发,培养一支师德优、素质高、爱岗敬业的教师队伍。

A teacher, the direct organizer and executor in education, is the most fundamental power and guarantee. The author advocates starting with the aspects including enhancing teaching ethics cultivation, raising the level of professional ethics of teachers, stimulating their enthusiasm by using incentive mechanisms, implementing humane care and creating intimate working and living environment to train a teaching staff with good teaching ethics, high quality, loving and respecting the job, thus ensuring educational quality.
