摘要
加强思想道德文化建设、廉洁文化建设、安全文化建设、班组文化建设是构建和谐企业的需要,对于提升企业核心竞争力,促进企业实现可持续发展具有十分重要的作用,因此,必须高度重视文化建设,全力构建企业和谐。
Harmonious enterprise construction requires strengthening the construction of ideology and morality, incorruptible culture, secure culture, and team culture, which is of great significance to increase core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the realization of sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the author advocates paying high attention to cultural construction and building enterprise harmony with all the might.
