地质档案是一种重要的信息资源,也是一种"潜在"的生产力,以其准确性、可靠性的优势,显示出强大的生命力。我国目前的地质档案管理工作,正处于从重保管的封闭型管理到注重信息共享的服务体系的转变过程。文章对新时期地质档案管理工作做出了认识和思考。

Geologieal documents are not only important information resources but a kind of potential productivity as well. They show strong vitality with the advantages of accuracy and reliability. The current geological document management of China is in the transitional period from closed management stressing maintenance to service management stressing information share. The author, after understanding and reflecting geological document management in new times, gives several pieces of advice.
