企业合同管理指企业对以自身为当事人的合同依法进行订立、履行、变更、解除、转让、终止以及审查、监督、控制等一系列行为,是市场经济的外在表现;现代企业合同管理中存在的主要问题;企业合同管理中存在问题的主要原因;解决企业合同管理中存在问题的对策。

Enterprise contract management refers to a series of enterprise＇s behaviors including making, implementing, changing, lifting, transferring, terminating, reviewing, monitoring and eontroUing contracts with itself as the party. The management is the external performance of the market economy. This paper presents major problems existing in modem enterprise contract management, main reasons for those problems and countermeasures to solve them.
