摘要
文章分析了现有农村金融体系存在的缺陷,提出了应如何构建适应"三农"特点的农村金融体系以及构建新型农村金融体系的主要原则。
The paper analyzes the defects of the existing rural financial system, points out how to construct a new system which could better fit the characteristics of Three Dimensional Rural Issues and the principles in doing so.
