Desin of the Second 4000t/d Process line of Jidong Cement Plant

冀东水泥厂二线是第一条4000t／d国产化设备示范线。本文详细介绍了该生产线的工艺、电气设计和设备选型方案及实施情况。依照“生产可靠、技术先进、经济合理”的设计原则，设计上充分利用原有一线的用地和生产设施；选用大型粉磨系统，提高自动化水平。该生产线国产设备占64%，部分机电设备和仪表采用分散引进的方式，虽然增加了设计的难度，但却大大降低了投资。

Jidong Cement Plant, line 2 is a first 4000t/d domestic - manufactured exemplary line. The Paper gives a description on process and electric design, equipment selection and its implermtarion. Based on the designprinciple of 'reliable production ,advanced technology has to fully consider the future good play of the existing facilities including the land availabli for the old line.Modern grinding equipment is selected and used so as to improve the automation level of the plant. The domestic- made equipment rate of line 2 is 64%. With the manner of individual import of Partial mechanical and electrical equipment it is evident that the investment has been greatly reduced despite of more troubles in the design.
